Returning to what
we’ve always been

Sowing Love creates space for people, organizations, and communities to reclaim how we love—ourselves, each other, and the world—with care, with intention, and in community.

Love is the foundation. Practice is the path.

At Sowing Love, we hold space for the deep work of remembering, repairing, and returning. Not the kind of love that demands perfection, but the kind that reshapes how we see ourselves, care for each other, and move through the world.

This is where we practice. This is where we begin again.

The Journey Back to Love

a love letter from the founder

I didn’t choose love—love chose me. I entered the world with a heart wide open. Loving came naturally. It was how I moved, how I made sense of things. As a child, my parents told me my way of loving was rare. Beautiful, yes—but something that might also bring pain. I didn’t fully understand then, but over time, I learned. Being deeply loving in a world that often forgets love can feel like a risk. There were seasons I tried to turn it off, to quiet the part of me that gave so freely. But abandoning love felt like abandoning myself. So, I began the slow, sacred work of returning—of remembering that love heals and transforms.

Sowing Love is part of that return. It’s a space for those of us who know, somewhere deep in our bones, that love is a practice worth reclaiming. A place to gather, unlearn, and build what’s possible—together. Love is not a luxury. It’s liberation. And I hope this work can meet you wherever you are on your way back to it.
