Where Love
Takes Shape

Our offerings are designed to help people, organizations, and communities return to love as a way of being.

Through intentional gatherings, reflective courses, and custom support, we create space for healing, growth, and collective care.

Offerings for Organizations

Lead with love to create conditions for belonging and collective flourishing.

We offer customized workshops, retreats, speaking engagements, and coaching designed to meet your organization where it is, and to support meaningful reflection, visioning, and transformation rooted in love.

Sowing Circles for Organizations

A supportive space for teams to build connection and seed a culture rooted in liberatory love.

Sowing Circles are intimate, facilitated gatherings designed for organizational teams to slow down, reflect together, and explore what it means to center love in how they work, lead, and relate. These spaces support authentic connection among staff while laying the foundation for a culture grounded in care, accountability, and collective thriving.

Each circle moves through three intentional rounds of reflection:

  • Rooted Wisdom – honoring lived experience, organizational memory, and inner knowing

  • Seeding Wisdom – surfacing new stories, insights, and emerging ideas

  • Sprouting Wisdom – sharing new understandings and imagining possibilities for growth

These rounds foster both personal and collective meaning-making, inviting teams to uncover the wisdom already present in the room—and to imagine what becomes possible when love is practiced as a liberatory force in the workplace.

After each circle, participants receive a guided reflection resource to support ongoing learning and practice, both individually and as a team.

Sowing Workshops

Our workshops guide organizations to understand love as a powerful force for transformation. Together, we explore concepts and practices essential for building and sustaining a deep love practice—personally, interpersonally, and systemically.

Our offerings help organizations understand societal barriers to belonging that shape both internal culture and external impact. Through deep inquiry and collaborative learning, we guide teams in identifying actionable ways to lead with love—not just as a value, but as a daily practice that can shape strategy, culture, and decision-making.

Whether you're just beginning your love journey or have already committed to loving transformation, our signature workshops offer meaningful insights and tools to support your path toward justice, connection, and collective care.

If you're interested in a workshop not listed here, please reach out through our contact form.

  • This is our love 101 workshop. It starts with an overview of our guiding love values: care, commitment, trust, knowledge, responsibility and respect. Participants will be supported in exploring these values and the embodiment of them as a deep skill. By the end, participants will better understand how love benefits them, their organizations, and communities and will have resources that support them in practicing love with intention, respect, and vulnerability.

  • We consider the central role that culture plays in our lives, and how a practice that involves honoring the beliefs and values of others can lead to significant systems change. We will go over the core components of cultural humility along with supporting tools like deep listening that help us to build mutual understanding and lay the groundwork for loving organizational and societal change.

  • We will focus on care as a necessity for self and the collective. We will discuss what becomes possible when you care for yourself in ways that center awareness, discipline, and kindness, and how to care for each other as a communal responsibility. We will embody care throughout our time together by modeling practices that participants can integrate into their lives moving forward to center ease, peace, and joy.

  • Stories have the power to help us recognize our shared humanity while respecting the beauty in our differences. Unfortunately, the patterns embedded in the stories we tell often sow seeds of division rather than connection. This workshop explores the power of storytelling, the types of stories that are dominant in our storying practices, and how we can begin to lead with stories that promote collective well-being and liberation.

  • We will explore the role oppression and othering has played in shaping our communities, discuss the importance of grounding our approach in love, and collectively outline actionable steps that community organizations and officials can take to co-create communities of belonging where everyone has the opportunity to live with dignity and thrive.

Organizational Retreats

Create space to reflect, realign, and reimagine your organizational culture.

Our retreats offer organizations an immersive opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and engage in meaningful, facilitated reflection. Designed to support culture change from the inside out, these retreats create space for staff and leadership to reconnect with purpose, strengthen relationships, and begin (or deepen) the work of cultivating a culture rooted in liberatory love, belonging, and collective care.

Through a mix of guided dialogue, embodied practice, and strategic visioning, we support your team in:

  • Examining the values, beliefs, and behaviors currently shaping your culture

  • Identifying barriers to belonging and areas of disconnect or harm

  • Exploring love as a guiding principle for leadership, collaboration, and accountability

  • Co-creating commitments and practices that support a more connected, just, and thriving organization

Whether your organization is in a moment of transition, healing, or growth, our retreats are customized to meet you where you are—and to move you toward where you want to be.

Organizational Coaching

Coaching that supports your team to embody liberatory love as a daily practice—shaping culture, guiding decisions, and growing the future you’re here to build.

Our organizational coaching offerings are grounded in the belief that love is a liberatory force—one that can transform leadership, culture, and community when practiced with intention and accountability.

We partner with organizations to support meaningful, lasting change by working with leadership and teams to align their actions with the values of love, belonging, justice, and collective care. Coaching provides a reflective and relational space to explore what it truly means to lead with love at the center of your work.

Using Sowing Love’s signature theories and frameworks, we guide organizations in reimagining leadership and organizational culture through a love-based lens. These frameworks support teams in unlearning harmful patterns, cultivating deeper connections, and fostering cultures that are rooted in liberatory love—not control, fear, or performative inclusion.

Coaching can be tailored for:

  • Leadership teams navigating change, conflict, or cultural transformation

  • Executives and senior leaders seeking to lead with integrity, relational depth, and vision

  • Cross-functional teams aiming to build trust, clarity, and shared alignment

Through a blend of strategic inquiry, relational practice, and values-based reflection, our coaching helps your organization:

  • Understand how love can guide decision-making, leadership, and accountability

  • Interrupt dynamics that erode trust and connection

  • Build the skills necessary to lead and sustain an organizational culture rooted in liberation and care

Whether you’re leading a team, an organization, or a movement, coaching provides a supportive space to grow in alignment with your deepest values.
